Peter, Susan, Edmund, and Lucy are sent to a ramboling old house out in the English coutryside. The very first morning, Lucy steps into a myterious wardrobe and finds herself in a strange, snow-covered land. There Lucy meets Mr. Tumnus the Faun, who invites her to his cave for tea and tells her that she is in Narnia-once a beautiful, peaceful land, but now a cold, cruel place ruled by the evil White Witch, who has made it always winter and never Christmas.
